Shipping Rates/Return Policy

At L'Diva Couture Boutique you receive phenomenal Diva service.  For any reason your fabulous Diva couture does not represent your divaliciousness...we will gladly exchange, issue a Boutique credit (because we know you will always find something you love in the Boutique), or refund your method of payment, if your purchase meets the following return requirements.

• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
• Merchandise must have all tags, including any L'Diva Couture Boutique tags  attached.
• Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
• Due to hygiene concerns bodysuits cannot be returned.

Contact us for returns (we provide  FREE return postage; however, initial paid postage is non-refundable).

We know all Divas need their couture quickly...here's our shipping info:

FREE US shipping on all orders $75.00 or more.  JEWELRY always ship FREE.

All others US orders are shipped at the flat rate of $6.99.  All orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours after received, unless overnight shipping is requested.  Please contact us for overnight shipping rates.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.  Rates are  based on USPS shipping rates.

International shipping is based on USPS international shipping rates.
